I’m a Brisbane local, homeowner, and property investor with a background in Big 4 consulting. My career has always been built on data-driven decision-making, and I’ve long believed that the same level of analysis should be applied when making some of life’s biggest financial choices - like buying or investing in property.

Why I Built This Site

This project began as a personal outlet. I enjoy analysing Brisbane’s property market - not just through spreadsheets, but through the suburbs themselves. I created this site to make it easier for others to explore the city in the same way: grounded in data, informed by experience, and free from the usual hype.
