Carindale’s a polished, family-centric suburb that just works - safe, quiet, convenient, and consistently in demand. It’s not cheap and yields are nothing special, but that’s because most buyers here are families putting down roots, not chasing quick returns.
Personally, I see it as a “set-and-forget” market - if you can afford to buy and hold, you’ll benefit from its long-term resilience. But if you’re chasing aggressive growth or higher yields, you’ll likely find better value elsewhere.
